Brighton electronic artist William Phelps, better known as Tourist, has been making remixes in the past for bands such as Memory Tapes and HEALTH. In anticipation of his digital EP of the same name, he has released Tonight ... a 2-step inspired, electric drifter. His EP is due out on Feb. 18 on Monday Records.
