Beats for Lunch

My lovely and awesome girlfriend sent me this great essay about the value of actually taking lunch for a 9-5 (or whatever) worker. And I've always ascribed to that idea, but it's been on my mind since reading that. Anyway, I went home and bumped the boonta today at lunch. Here's the result, from jacky to smoove:
