I've been a little stuck, looking for something to hook me, pull me, push me out of bed and into the sparkly universe we call home. I bought running shoes. The expensive kind that have little trampolines in them (well that's what they feel like). I got the squishy soft socks too. I got a target, a cool art piece I heard about that's placed on top of a big hill for another few days. But something was still missing.

Not anymore.

This track may be a few months old, but it hit me at just the right time. At first listen, the Miguel Campbell grabbed me by the hips, but then the piano, synth and video game glibs of the original got my head, well.. bouncing. So here are both for you - flip a coin and shake, sway and bounce your tail (or head) accordingly.

I'm heading up that hill!

I can't stop watching it. There has been a video making the rounds on facebook of a crazy long-haired, long-bearded guy ... who must clearly be a crazy guy on drugs answering questions about life, advice to younger generations and passion. Why wouldn't he be on drugs? He's clearly making sense and making farting noises with his mouth ... but I doubt it's the drugs talking. NYC Street Performer Matthew Silver is hardly crazy, in fact, rather than spending much of his time in a job he hates, he get's paid to do what he loves - which is to perform. He also records weddings on the side for extra money ... but that's hardly work either, right? Just knowing that Matt loves me, makes life better.

Angels & Airwaves - LOVE parts 1 and 2 (FULL ALBUM)

Angels & Airwaves have a new movie out called Love. It's an incredible storyline consisting of several separate characters. The main guy is trapped on a space station after the destruction of the earth. So throughout his years of being stuck up there, he sees the Earth starting to collapse below. He ends up basically becoming the last person alive. And then decades later, he wakes up one day and there's something outside of his spaceship, in low Earth orbit with him.

The movie is enhanced by the soundtrack which is completely produced by Angels & Airwaves and was released 2 years prior in 2009. Check out both soundtracks (the second is an instrumental) below:
