AND YOU DON'T STOP :: Moby - Go

One of my earliest memories in terms of rave music might just be this song. I had purchased one of those compilations in the early 90's when I was living in Germany and Moby - Go was the track that I continually went back and listened to again and again. I later discovered that Moby had sampled Laura Palmer's Theme from the show Twin Peaks for the emotional melody.

Moby - God Moving Over The Face Of The Waters

What can be said about Moby? Richard Melville Hall aka Moby is one of the biggest names in electronic music for well over 2 decades. His music has garnered him numerous awards and been used in movies, commercials and just about everywhere else. He is also a photographer, restaurant owner, libertarian and advocate for various causes. God Moving Over The Face Of The Waters is from his first album in 1995 - Everything is Wrong.

RAW EMOTION :: Moby - Wait For Me (Villa Remix)

Rarely do I get this excited about anything ... but when I came across Villa's remix of Moby - Wait For Me, I was overjoyed. Belgium based Villa, have been my favorite remixers of disco since dropping the remake Anita back a few years ago. This one is equally epic in scope. Still relatively obscure, Villa comprises DJs Fredo and Thang, and producer/songwriter Seba.
