The Australian, Christopher Nicholas Bertke aka Pogo has also been banned from entering the U.S. for 10 years due to a problem with his visa. He can tell you about it himself. If you are or know anyone good with immigration law, please help him out. It is a shame to not allow this much talent to be banned from anywhere.
