Chicago's Kyle Woods aka Kid Color is a DJ, producer and all around nice guy. He's been on the scene for more than a few years spinning and making class A remixes. Today, he dropped his new EP - Pacemaker / Parallels ... with two new electro-tinged floor fillers. Parallels builds up into a cowbell laden goody bag then rebuilds to a nice synthfull melody. Pacemaker is a little slower. It reminds me of taking a ride on Lake Shore Drive on a breezy summers day.
